This course describes the use of stabilizing agents in weak soils to improve geotechnical properties such as compressibility, strength, permeability, and durability. This course also discusses various stabilization methods for improving soils for deep foundations, shallow foundations, and contaminated sites, as well as deep mixing-methods for automatic quality assurance.
