The study material explains the process of biddability, constructability, operability, environmental, and sustainability (BCOES) reviews. Review of work plans and design-build submittals are covered in this course content. The course portrays the review of in-house designs, customer input/review, and quality assurance in detail. The material is based on Engineering Guidance, Design Manual, Rev 8, - USACE Chapters 4 and 5. 

After completing the course, the learner will have a better understanding of project document requirements and control measures during construction, as well as an understanding of following topics:
